| Lifeplan Joint Action These tablets provide glucosamine and chondroitin sulphates, in a sodium free form, plus the important nutrients vitamin C and manganese. These naturally occurring factors are involved in the manufacture of synovial fluid and in sustaining the proper integrity of cartilage and therefore in joint and connective tissue health. As a supplement, take 1 to 2 tablets daily with food, preferably with a little liquid.
