Lifeplan Culture Care portable sachets contain a combination of probiotics and prebiotics (fructo-oligosaccharides) - this is because you have to have the right kinds of food (prebiotics) to encourage the 'friendly' bacteria (probiotics) to grow in the gut.

Each 2g sachet contains: Lactococcus lactis 1.25 billion cfu*, Lactobacillus casei 1.25 billion cfu, Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.25 billion cfu, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1.25 billion cfu, *colony-forming unit, Fructo-oligosaccharides 300mg. Contains 5 billion live bacteria per sachet.
