Lifeplan evening primrose oil 1000mg high strength with vitamin E. These capsules contain a Premium Quality oil which has been cold-extracted without chemicals, from specially grown plants. An important constituent of this oil is GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a particular fatty acid from which the body can produce prostaglandins, - biological regulators controlling metabolic, physiological and reproductive functions.

Many women like to supplement their diets with GLA which can help control the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, such as bad skin and period pain. Evening primrose oil has long been used to help control the symptoms of PMS, such as cramping and pain. The full recommended daily allowance of the protective antioxidant vitamin E is provided in each capsule to enhance this product(15g).

Directions: As a supplement, take one to three capsules daily with liquid or as otherwise required.
