| Vega Valerian Standardised 900-complex. Valerian is native to Europe and northern Asia and has traditionally been used, at least since Roman times for its relaxant properties to help with anxiety, sleep and muscle cramps.

Ingredients
One capsule will provide: valerian root powder 100mg, standardised valerian root extract (0.8% valerinic acid) 150mg, vegetable cellulose capsule shell (hypromellose, water and natural colours chlorophyline and titanium diopxide), encapsulated in a base of vegetable magnesium stearate and alfalfa. Equivalent to approximately 900mg herb powder.
