Lifeplan Hair Care Nutrients Tablets are a specialised combination of natural vitamins for hair, which help maintain healthy hair. Each tablet provides: pantothenic acid 100mg, vitamin B12 6ug, folic acid 400ug, biotin 100ug, choline 200mg, inositol 125mg, zinc 10mg, iron 8mg, copper 2mg, manganese 1mg and PABA 30mg. All of these minerals and natural vitamins for hair are used in the construction and maintainence of new hair growth.
