| Lifeplan chamomile blend (formerly called relaxon) is a combination of four well known herbs - chamomile, valerian, hops and passiflora. Each tablet provides: valerian root extract 50mg, chamomile extract 50mg, hops extract 50mg and passiflora extract 50mg.

Dicalcium phosphate, powdered extracts of valerian root, chamomile, hops and passiflora, stearic acid(*), magnesium stearic(*), (*) made from vegetable source stearic acid. Contains no: added sugar, starch, salt, lactose, gluten, yeast, synthetic flavours, colours or preservatives. Registered with the vegan Society.
