Lifeplan vitamin B6 50mg. Vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCI, B6 can be found naturally ocu rring in many vegetables but may be destroyed by overcooking. B6 takes part in metabolic processes. Many women like to take B6 supplement in the days prior to menstruation.
