| Lifeplan Time Release Vitamin C 1000mg Tablets. With rosehips, Acerola & Citrus Bioflavanoids. These tablets contain 1000mg of Vitamin C and are specially formulated to provide a gradual release in the body over a 2-6 hour period, and preferably should not be sucked. They also contain natural complementary nutrients for additional effect. Vitamin C is easily destroyed by temperature variations , light and cooking. It is not stored in the body and a regular fresh supply is required. As a supplement, swallow one tablet daily with food.
