Lifeplan High Strength Vitamin B6 100mg tablets. These tablets contain Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine HCL. B6 can be found occuring naturally in many vegetables but may be destroyed by over cooking. B6 takes part in the metabolic processes. Many women like to take a B6 supplement in the days prior to menstruation.

Contains no added salt, starch, gluten, live yeasts, synthetic flavours, artificial colours or preservatives or animal derivitaves. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool dry place and out of sight of children. Registered with the Vegan Society.
