Vitamin C is used by the body to maintain healthy teeth, gums and bones. It also helps to build strong body cells and blood vessels and for healthy strong connective tissues.

Vitamin C is essential for growth and promotes absorption of iron. It is readily extracted by the body and must be replaced as it is neither stored nor produced by the body.
