These Natural Mixed Carotenoid capsules are derived from the specially cultivated sea plant Dunaliella salina, a naturally rich source of carotenoids. Carotenoids function as antioxidants and free-radical scavengers that give support to many body systems including the skin, the heart and immune function.

Antioxidants help reduce the damage caused by free-radicals - energetic particles that age and deteriorate our cells, incuding those in the eye. With time, this damage begins to affect the cell's function and eyesight becomes imparied.
