Gotu kola contains triterpene which may help to maintain healthy collagen, which is found in the skin, connective tissue and ligaments.In addition they help to promote healthy blood vessels and may help balance the activity of neurotransmitters, the chemical messengers in the brain.
It is best to take 200mg of a standardised extract three times daily.
